Tofu Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
1. 1/3 cup canned pumpkin2. 3 ounces silken soft lite tofu (I use Mori-Nu)3. 1 cup Almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk4. sweetner to taste ( I use 3 splenda)5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon6. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
