Best Orange Chicken

Ingredients
5 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tsp. Garlic Powder1 tsp. Black Pepper1 Beaten EggAbout 1/2 Cup Cornstarch3/4 Cup Splenda1/2 Cup Vinegar1/2 Cup Chicken Broth3 1/2 Tbsp. Ketchup1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chicken pieces in a gallon ziploc bag. Add beaten egg and mix well. Add cornstarch and mix well. Brown in hot pan of olive oil. Cook until done. Place cooked chicken pieces in 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with the following sauce: Mix splenda, vinegar, chicken broth, ketchup and soy sauce. Heat in microwave for about 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Turn chicken once during baking. Serve chicken over rice. Serves 8 people.
