Sweet Potato Cornbread

Ingredients
1C. Whole Wheat Flour1t. Baking Powder1/2t. Baking soda1/2t. Sea salt1/8t. allspice1/2C. Cornmeal1/2C. Soy or Rice milk1/2T. Apple cider vinegarEgg replacer(equal to 2 eggs)1/2 Can sweet potatoes(mashed)4T. Coconut or olive oil1/4C. Maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl mix together dry ingredients. In medium bowl whisk together milk,vinegar & egg replacer. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
