Ingredients
3 1/2 cups chicken broth2 cups frozen mixed vegetables2 cups chopped tomatoes (canned with juice)1 1/2 cups whole wheat macaroni
Directions
Boil 3 1/2 cups chicken broth; add 2 cups frozen vegetables and 2 cups chopped tomatoes (canned with juice)

Simmer 15 minutes

Add 1 1/2 cups whole wheat macaroni and cook until tender
