Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspCarrots, raw, 3 medium, slicedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, medium, slicedOnions, raw, 1 medium, dicedChicken Broth, 6 cupChicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed, cooked and dicedPeas, frozen, 1 cup Egg Noodles, enriched, 2 cup
Directions
Cook carrots, celery, and onion in oil until tender. Add Chicken Broth, chicke, and peas. Bring to boil, simmer for 10min. Add noodles, and simmer additional 10min, or until noodles are done.
