Tuna Salad on Fresh Spinach

Ingredients
1 3 oz can drained, Bumble Bee Chunk White Albacore in Water1.5 Tbs Light Mayonnaise1 Green onion, sliced (any onion will do)2 C Spinach, fresh1 C Fresh Express Green & Crisp salad1 Fresh plum tomato (or other) sliced1/4 Zucchinisliced1/4 C Summer Squash sliced 1/4 C Cucumber (with peel), julienne or sliced1.5 Tbs - Hidden Valley Light Ranchpepper to taste
Directions
Combine tuna, green onion, mayo and pepper in small bowl. Mix well.

In serving bowl combing fresh veggies.
Add ranch dressing and toss.

Top with tuna salad

Serve.
