Sinfully Sinless Spicy Stirfry

Ingredients
1 - Green Bell Pepper1 - Red Bell Pepper2c. - Snap Peas1c. - Waterchestnuts1/2 c. - Green Onion (5 spears)2 c. - Asparagus Chopped (20 spears)1 c. - Sliced Mushrooms2 - Whole Chicken Breast (skinless and boneless) cubed6 - Garlic Cloves1 tbsp - Crushed Red Pepper2 tsp - Sesame Oil1 tsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp - Lite Soy Sauce1/4 c. - Water
Directions
In your wok put half the olive oil, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/4 water, and either smash or dice 3 garlic cloves. Holding out the mushrooms add all the veggies. Mix it up real well trying to coat everything. Cover and let steam. You decide how soft you want things. Right before you are done add the mushrooms.

In a second pan or wok put the rest of the olive oil, sesame oil and soy sauce along with the garlic add your chicken and cook.

We like to add red pepper flakes to both woks while things cook. Great over brown rice. (rice not included in nutrition values)
