Pork Shoulder 13 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 14.5 Jalapeno Peppers 1 Tblspn, ADD MORE! Onions, raw, 1 small diced martha white just add milk cornbread-Five servings per package, 184 gram Milk, nonfat, .66 cup
Preheat oven to 425.
Cook onions til tender. Add pork, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add corn and Tomatoes. Put in a 13x9 casserole pan. Mix milk and cornbread. Pour and spread over meat mix. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

This is a good go-to recipe for cooking with leftover meat - it would taste good with chicken or beef as well. I didn't notice it called for garlic/chili powder since they weren't listed on the ingredients. I added a few dashes of cumin instead, and that worked. I'm adding this to my recipe box. - 9/3/09

This is my daughter's recipe and she has sworn off all 'spice'. Such is the palate of a seven year old! :)
