Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup of Quick Cooking Oats1 4 oz Dannon's Vanilla Carb Control Yogut (you can also use other flavors if you want)1 cup water1 tsp cinnamon to tastea handful of fresh or frozen blueberries. Also can use cut up peaches or apples in season instead of blueberries. The recipe is sweet enough for me--but you can add a packet of spenda if you want it sweeter.
In a microwave safe containter, add quick cooking oats, water, cinnamon, and blueberries. Cover with wax paper and microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes on high. Before serving stir in yogurt. It makes a large, hearty breakfast that will stay with you for the whole morning.

I make a very similar breakfast, except that I don't cook the oatmeal. I make it the night before, in a mason jar, and layer the oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon & fruit. As it sits, the oatmeal softens and it's perfect by morning. A little honey or splenda is good for additional sweetener, if you like. - 7/29/13
