Mama's Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla1/3 cup melted butter1 egg3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine bananas, vanilla, egg, sugar, and butter. In another bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just barely combined. Over mixing will make for dry muffins!
Makes 12 servings.
