Beef and Veggie Stew (CrockPot)

Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 14 ozOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 85 grams Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Ginger Root, 3 tsp Salsa, .25 cup Tomato Paste, 0.12 cup Chicken Broth, .25 cup (8 fl oz) White Wine, .75 fl oz saltpepperthyme1 tsp worcestershire saucechili paste
Directions
In skillet brown steak, 1tbsp olive oil, and 2 garlic cloves. Put in CrockPot. In skillet, brown, onion, carrots, red pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 garlic clove. Put in crock pot. Add additional ingredients and toss well. Cook for 7 hours on low, toss, and cook one more hour.
