1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast3 10.75 oz cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken (Campbell's)1 10.75 oz can 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese (Campbell's)4 Cups mixed veggies (I used Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrot, Yellow Carrot blend from Costco, Kirkland Brand)
Cube chicken to "bite size". Add all ingredients to crock pot or slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours on high. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.
I usually sprinkle some fat free cheese on top, not included on the calorie count.

I doubled the recipe and used 2 can cream of broccoli, 2 cans cream of cheddar, 1 can cream of mushroom, and 2 cans of cream of chicken. I used frozen mixed veggies, some frozen broc, and half of an onion. For spices I added some season all, garlic, and garlic pepper. It was fabulous! - 3/20/09

Made this today and I love it! I used a large can of fat free cream of chicken soup and a large can of fat free cream of mushroom soup. I cut up fresh carrots and celery. Added a can of corn, can of Lima beans, and a can of peas. Plus the chicken. Taste like a crustless chicken pot pie. - 1/4/18

I used reg. cream of broccoli, I wasnt sure if i were to add water to the cream soups so I didnt, however it kept sticking to my cock pot, I also used fresh veggies Broc. Carrots, celery, and caulflower and got mixed reviews from my 3 little critics, My 7yr old son & 11yr daughtr liked it and myself - 2/24/09
