Refrigerator Bran Muffins

4 cups Kelloggs All-Bran Cereal2 cups Kelloggs All-bran Buds cereal1/2 cup chopped dates2 cups boiling water1/2 cup raisins1 cup butter, unsalted2 1/2 cups splenda sweetener for baking4 eggs1 quart buttermilk5 cups whole wheat flour5 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt
In a big bowl, mix cereals, dates, raisins, and boiling water. Let cool.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate big container.
Combine both bowls and mix completely. Put into an airtight sealable container, and store in the refrigerator. Bake as needed in a muffin tin using slightly less than 1/4 cup of mix for each muffin at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
