Long grain brown rice, rawVanilla rice milkCinnamonJuice and zest of one lemon
Place the rice, rice milk, cinnamon and lemon juice, in a medium-sized pan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a little more rice milk if required. The rice should be very tenter and the liquid well absorbed.
Serve hot or cold sprinkled with a little lemon zest.
