Ingredients
2 cups of white rice3 cups of celery chopped2 cups of baby peeled carrotts chopped1 tlbs of Light Soya Sauce1 can (540 ml) of Black Beans1 can (796ml) of Diced Tomatoes1 can (1.36L) of Tomatoe Juice1.36 L of water1tsp of thyme1tsp of oregano1 tsp of ground bay leaves1tsp of ground dried garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a large slow cooker and cook on high for one hour. Makes about 20 cups
