Whole Wheat Beef/Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
12 pieces Ronzoni Healthy Harvest lasagna1 pound lean ground beef1 onion chopped 1 (10 oz) pkg fresh spinach1.5 tsp minced garlic2.5 cups Ragu 7-herb Pasta Sauce2 cups nonfat cottage cheese8 oz part skim mozzarella, shredded
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Brown meat with 1/2 of the onion, drain.
3. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and saute until wilted.
4. Spread 1/2 cup sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 pasta pieces over sauce. Top with 1/2 cup sauce, 1/2 of the meat, 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 2 oz. mozzarella. Arrange 3 additional pasta pieces over cheese.
2nd layer - 1/2 cup sauce, all of spinach mixture, 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 2 oz mozzerella, 3 pasta pieces.
3rd layer - same as first.
Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 12 servings.
