CREAM PUFF DESSERT

CRUST: 1 C. water1/2 C. oleo (or margarine) 1 C. flour 6 EggsFILLING: 2 (3.4 oz) pkgs. Instant French Vanilla pudding 4 C. milk (2% used in recipe) 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) Lite Cool Whip (8 oz container) Hershey's Chocolate (to drizzle over top)
CRUST:
Melt and bring water and oleo to a boil. Immediately add flour. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time (beating between each), into flour mixture. Spread into ungreased jelly roll pan (11 1/2" x 16 1/2"). Bake for 30 minutes at 400. (When baking the crust will become hilly and bumpy.)
FILLING:
Beat pudding mix into COLD milk. When it thickens beat in cream cheese. Pour over crust and cool until firm. When chilled spread with 8oz. container Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
