Paula's Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry

2 boneless butterfly pork chops (about 7 oz total)1 bag (16 oz) Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetables6 Tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce2 Tbsp sunflower seeds1 Tbsp cornstarch1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in wok
2. Slice pork chops into thin strips
3. Add pork strips to wok, stir fry until no longer pink
4. Add vegetable mix, Teriyaki sauce and sunflower seeds and stir fry until heated through
5. Add cornstarch and stir fry until juice is thickened
(I also have used left-over pork chops for this dish, works just as well and reduces the cooking time a little)
