Low Calorie Vegetable-Pasta Salad

Ingredients
12 oz. Pasta, cooked1/2 can Black Olives1 C. Tomatoes, diced1 C. Carrots, shredded or diced1/2 C. Green Peppers, diced1/4 C. Onion, chopped1 C. Frozen Peas, thawed1 C. Frozen Corn, thawed8 oz. Scallops, Sauteed2 oz. White Wine1/2 Packet Italian Dressing Mix (or 4 TBLS Italian Dressing)
Directions
- Cook and drain the pasta, set aside
- Saute all veggies, add to pasta
- Sautee scallops, add to pasta
- Add Italian dressing and wine
- Mix everything together
