Ingredients
1 head cauliflower chopped1 can italian tomatoes dicedshredded mozzarella cheeseshredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Layer all ingredients into a glass baking dish, making mozzarella last layer for top, cover with foil allowing on corner to vent. Bake at 350 until bubbly remove cover and bake until browned to your satisfaction.
