Lemon Pepper Linguini with Chicken and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients
Tastefully Simple Lemon Pepper Linguini & Clam Sauce Mix1 pkg. (9 oz) Perdue short cuts carved chicken breast, grilled (or cooked chicken breast, cut into strips)1 jar roasted red peppers, drained1 c. + 2 tbsp reduced sodium chcken broth1/4 c. olive oil6 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta as directed on boxl drain.

Meanwhile, combine olive oil, broth and sauce mix in a medum saucepan. Simmer on medium high until it begins to boil; reduce heat to low. Add chicken and red peppers to sauce until heated through.

Combine pasta and sauce mix; top with parmesan cheese.

Makes 6 servings.
