Tuna Pasta Salad (no mayo)

Ingredients
4 cups cooked pasta2 cans tuna packed in water1/4 onion, chopped2 tbsp capers4 tbsp olive oil6 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegarsalt and pepper to taste1 cup chopped raw veggies (bell pepper, shredded carrot, celery, tomato, zucchini, cabbage or whatever else is in season or on hand)
Directions
combine cooked pasta and tuna (drained) in a large bowl.

mix in veggies, capers, onions.

add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Toss thoroughly.

Makes 6 servings.
