Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup zucchini1 cup sugar1/2 cup shortening1 egg2 cups flour1 tsp. soda1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp cloves1/2 c. raisins1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Baker at 350* for approx. 10 min. Makes approx. 30 cookies. I always make two batches. They freeze fine.
