Lazy Mom's Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil1/4 c chopped onions1 c canned diced carrots1 c canned peas1 egg1 egg white1 lb tail off shrimp1 bag Birds Eye Steam fresh brown rice2 packs take soy sauce
Directions
Cook rice per package instructions
scramble eggs in small pan
In pot heat olive oil on low setting
drain veggies very well
add onions, carrots, peas, shrimp to heated oil
after everything is "sizzling", add rice, soy sauce & egg
Serve immediately

Serves 3 and has 30 grams of protein!
