Wild Rice Meatloaf

2 eggs beaten4 c cooked wild rice2 c shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat1 c dry bread crumbs1c finely chopped onion1/2 c all purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp rubbed sage1 pound ground turkey
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
Firmly press into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 70 minutes. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly. Yield: 8 servings.
NOTE: cooking time does not include time needed to cook wild rice.
