Gorgonzola Filet Mignon

Ingredients
4-4 ounce filet mignon steakssalt and pepper to taste2 cloves garlic, minced3 Tbsp Gorgonzola, crumbled3 Tbsp Cream Cheese1 Tbsp minced green onion
Directions
Season steak with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Rub seasonings into steaks well.

On a broiler pan, broil each steak until done to your liking. (about 2 minutes per side for medium rare).

While broiling, Mix gorgonzola, cream cheese, and green onion. When steaks are done, remove pan from oven and top each steak with 1 tablespoon of this mixture. Return to oven and broil until topping begins to melt and brown. Watch carefully!

Serving is 1 steak per person.
