Directions
pork chops (bone-in), bread crumbs, egg, milk and butter, salt & pepper to taste
Combine milk and egg with salt & pepper in glass dish large enough to fit pork chops. Dip pork chops in egg mixture. Dredge chops in bread crumbs and place in baking dish with melted butter. Bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes each side or until done in the middle.
