AMBER'S VEGGIE CHILI

Ingredients
Instead of French's chili mix...I would use McCornmick's...it's a lot healthier. 1 can of corn2 cups of red bell pepper chopped2 cups of green bell pepper chopped1/2 onion or 2 cups chopped1 can of mushrooms1 clove of garlic1 can of Hunts- diced tomato and sweet onion1 can of Hunts tomato paste or sauce2 tbsp chili powder (McCormick)1 can of Bush's chili beans1 tbsp of crisco veggie oil1 packet of Sazon' Goya seasoning
Directions
In medium sauce pan add:
oil
garlic
peppers
onions
corn
mushrooms

cook until onions are completely sauteed.

In another LArge POT add:
tomato sauce
diced tomatos
chili beans
chili powder
Chili season mix

stir repeatly until HOT!

ADD SAZON'GOYA to veggies once they are cooked and mix in the seasoning..... Than dump the veggies into the LARGE chili pot!

Mix them both together until hot or for 10 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and than serve.....
