Banana Pops

Ingredients
2 ripe medium bananas6 wooden sticks3 Tbs. 1% milk3 Tbs. creamy peanut butter2/3 cup crushed almond crunch cereal, low-fat granola, or Grape Nuts cereal
Directions
1. Peel and cut each banana crosswise into 3 pieces. Insert a wooden stick into a cut end of each piece. Place on a plate. Cover and freeze for one hour.
2. In, a small mixing bowl gradually stir skim milk into peanut butter until smooth. Place cereal in a shallow dish. Dip frozen bananas into peanut butter mixture to coat, letting excess drip off. Roll in cereal.
3. Wrap each banana pop individually in plastic wrap. Return to the freezer. Freeze 2 hours more or until completely frozen. Let stand 15 min. before eating.
