Spicy Bean Burgers

Ingredients
Red Kidney Beans x 1 tin/240gChick Peas x 1 tin/240gOnion x 1Carrots x 2Cumin tspPaprika tspMixxed Herbs tspCoriander tspChili Powder tsp
Directions
In a pan boil the carrots untill al dente.

Drain and rinse the red kidney beans and chick peas then mash together in a bowl.

In a pan fry the onion with a little oil then add the spices and herbs, for about 5 minutes or until th onion starts to brown.

Mix the onion and carrots in with the beans and chick peas, season.

Shape into burger sizes then fry for about 5/6 minutes.
