Grilled Mahi Mahi with Tomatillo Avacado Sauce

Ingredients
4 Pieces of Mahi Mahi1/2 lb. Tomatillos1/2 Jalapeno Pepper1/2 c. Cilanto1 large Avocado1 Green Onion Stalk1 Pineapple Ring
Directions
Purée Tomatillos, Jalapeno Pepper, Cilanto, Avocado, and Green Onion Stalk. Set aside.

Crush 1 pineapple ring. Set aside.

Grill Mahi-Mahi for 4 minutes on each side. Top with purée and 1/2 tsp. of pineapple. Serves 4.
