Southwest Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1.25lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips1 (16oz.) package frozen corn1 (14.5oz.) can diced tomatoes, un-drained1 medium green pepper, chopped1 (4oz) can chopped green chiles1 tsp. ground cumin1-2 tbsp. canola oil2 cans chicken broth1 medium onion, chopped1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped1/2 tsp. garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In large skillet, saute the chicken in oil until lightly browned. Transfer chicken to 5-quart slow cooker with a slotted spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir before serving.
