Ground turkey and potatoes

Ingredients
19.2 oz of ground turkey1 portabella mushroom cap (chopped)3 baby carrots (sliced)1 c ff chicken broth4 small potatoes (chopped) *all to taste sea salt red pepper powder pepper seasoning salt
Directions
Cut all veggies and put aside
Put ground turkey in a big pan and season to your liking then cook till done.
once done add chicken broth potatoes and carrots
cook for about 5 minutes then add portabella mushroom cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are done

i would say it makes about 5 or 6 1 cup servings

you can add cheese if you wish on top or any other veggies you like
