Grilled Halibut with Lime and Ginger

Ingredients
1 tablespoon lime zest2 tablespoon fresh lime juice1 tablespoon unpacked brown sugar2 tablespoon ginger root grated1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 1/4 pound halibt filet1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place zest, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger root, salt, and cayenne pepper in a resealable plastic bag, shake to combine. Add fish to bag and allow to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Cook fish over direct heat, brushing with marinade until cooked through - about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
