4 cans Tuna1 large Egg1 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs4 tbsp Light Mayo1 oz Lime Juice1 tbsp dry Parsley1 tsp Saltdash Pepper1 tsp Thyme1 tbsp Horseradish3 tbsp Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients, except olive oil. Divide into six equal portions. Make each portion into a patty. Fry in Olive Oil until brown and cooked through. Serve with tartar sauce, or whatever you like with fish.
