Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of splenda for cooking4.5 lbs of kumquat3 lemons
Directions
Wash fruits. Remove seeds and put them in a large tea strainer. Chop the fruits, put them in a large bowl with the tea strainer and cover with water. Cover and keep in a cool place for 2 days. Pour in a large pot with a thick bottom. Cook for 1 hour add sugar taste and cook for another 45 minutes. In a separate pot sterelize the jars. Pour jam in the jars and enjoy.
