Absolutely delicious! Even my picky eater asked for seconds! I used smoked gouda and smoked cheddar along with smoked paprika, cumin and corriander! - 10/8/09

My boyfriend even liked this! I used creole seasoning, cheddar and gouda, and because I didn't have cream of anything soup, I added 1/2 cup vegetable stock, a splash of half and half, some sour cream, and a stalk of celery. Thanks. - 10/6/09

This was really fantastic! I used smoked Gouda instead of swiss, black-eyed peas instead of crumbles, and diced celery & organic half-n-half instead of the soup. It was amazing, even my 8-year-old daughter & her friend both loved it! - 1/13/12

OMG! This was delicious!! I didn't have a red pepper so I omitted this and seasoned the veggies and crumblers with onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper only. I also used smoked gouda (since it was all I could find smoked) and it came out delicious. I wish I could post the picture!! - 10/14/11

This was amazing! My 2 year old and 3 year old even liked it! I made a few modifications and changed the cheese to a smoky sharp cheddar instead of the swiss and it was soooo sooo good. I also used a Healy Request cream of celery. Thanks so much for sharing. This will be a staple in our house! - 3/8/11

This is a winner! I made some changes: I used french onion soup and some milk/flour (to make it creamy) instead of cream of celery soup, and I used TVP instead of the Morningstar Crumbles. I didn't use any Morton Seasoning. I just seasoned it with some salt and hot sauce. It turned out great! - 10/12/10

Made this for dinner last night and the Husband and I were both very pleased with this. I didn't have a can of cream of celery so I used cream of mushroom. Still it was hearty and yummy. Adding to our cookbook! - 8/20/10

This was very tasty. I followed the directions exactly and it came out creamy and flavorful. My whole family loved it. I couldn't find smoke swiss cheese so I used aged swiss. I will definitely make it again! - 6/11/10
