Fruity Rye Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 c rye flour3 T brown sugar2 1/4 t baking powder1/2 t salt1/2 t cinnamon8 dates chopped8 figs chopped1 egg1 smashed banana1/2 c milkwater
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray
2. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, chopped dates & figs.
3. In a separate bowl beat egg, add milk & pour into flour mixture.
4. Add enough water or fat free milk to make a muffiny mixture - try not to overmix
5. Bake for 20 mins.
