Homemade Chicken and Mushroom Macaroni

1 chicken breast (bone and skin removed)1 carrot peeled and diced.5 cup yellow onion diced1 can mushroom stems and pieces3 1/2 cups water (for chicken)3 1/2 cups water (for macaroni)5 cups (or half a box) of elbow macaroni1 tbsp butter1/2 cup coffee creamer
1. Cut chicken into .5 inch cubes. Add chicken to 3 1/2 cups water, onion, carrot, and mshrooms. Bring to boil.
2. Mix 3 1/2 cups water with macaroni. Cook until macaroni is soft, or about 15 minutes.
3. Drain chicken and drain noodles. Put the chicken back into the pot with the noodles. Stir together with butter and milk or water if desired.
4. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes to let the flavors soak together.
Makes 5-6 servings.
