low fat banana bread

2 eggs2/3 cup sugar2 large bananas1/4 cup applesauce1/3 cup skim milk1 tbls canola oil1 tbls vanilla extract1 3/4 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean
