Pork Goulash in Crockpot

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb pork cubed1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes in puree1 packet beefy-onion soup mix 1 Tbsp sweet paprika1 tsp minced garlic3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
MIx all ingredients except sour cream in a 3qt or larger crock pot.
Cook on low 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
Stir in sour cream. Makes 5-6 servings.
