Ingredients
Red ripe tomatoes....................... 2Yellow sweet pepper.................. 1/2Snow peas................................... 1 cupCauliflower................................... 2 cups (no stem)Carrots.......................................... 2 Celery........................................... 2 stalks (11")Ground thyme............................. 1 tspGround sage............................... 1 tspPaprika......................................... 1 tspGarlic powder.............................. 1 tspCayenne pepper......................... 1/2 tspWater............................................. 3 cups
Directions
Wash all vegetables, cut the snow peas into 1/2" pieces, dice up pepper, celery, carrots,
cauliflower (use just the top part no stems)
tomatoes (if you skin and seed them use 3 and add 1 more cup of water)
Add everything into a large pot with thyme, sage,paprika, garlic powder, cayenne and water, simmer covered for 45 minutes stirring occasionally on med-low heat. The tomatoes will break down and so will the cauliflower. That is what they are supposed to do, so it is ok :)
