Baked Panko Crusted Shrimp

24 large shrimp, peeled & deveined1 cup panko bread crumbs1 oz milk1 egg1 egg whiteseasonings such as s+p
Preheat oven to 350*. Wisk together egg, egg white & milk. Add a little s+p. Dip shrimp 2 at a time in the egg and then panko crumbs until competely coated. Arrange on a baking dish. (I line mine with foil and spray cooking spray for ease of cleaning.) Repeat with all the shrimp and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until shrimp look pinkish.
