Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)*Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove
Directions
Drain salmon and pick out skin and bones, then flake into a large bowl. Dice potato and slice carrot then add all veggies to bowl with salmon. Add the dill and 1/2 tsp. season salt and a dash of pepper (if you like). Mix everything together really well. Get out some aluminum foil and rip off 4 large pieces. Divide mixture into 4 servings and place in middle of each piece of foil. Lay one ice cube on each mound of food and a dab of the butter then wrap each 'packet' up tight. Place on a med. hot grill and cook for around 10 min. Flip the packet over halfway through then when it gets close to 10 min. open up one and check to see if the veggies are tender. If they are then it's done, if not then fold back up and cook longer.
