2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped1 tablespoon minced garlic2 tablespoons ginger1/2 cup onion, chopped8 fresh basil leaves1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu1/4 cup Maple syrup
Directions
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and puree. Last 2 weeks when refrigerated.
