1 1/4 cups water2 tbsp. powdered milk2 tbsp. canola oil1 tbsp. honey1 tbsp molasses1 tsp. salt3 cups whole wheat flour1 1/4 tsp yeast
1. Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan.
2/Insert Baking pan into oven chamber, twist to secure. Close lid.
3. Select dough setting. Press start.
4. remove and knead down. put in greased loaf dish, egg wash top, cover with tea towel and let rise to twice the size (approx. 1/2 hour), in warm place
5. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 1/2 hour.
