Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

1T olive oil245 g fresh broccoli215 g red pepper45 g raw oniongarlic-2 cloveschicken broth-2 fl oz.green beans, cooked, 200gtofu-374gpepper jack organic cheese-2.15oz2 cups organic pasta sauce--I used Muir Glen
Makes about 5 10 oz. servings.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Steam broccoli. Add broccoli, red pepper, green beans and chicken broth to pan. Cook until warmed through and veggies are to desired tenderness. Add tofu, cheese and pasta sauce when veggies are ready. I crumbled the tofu. Mix all together and heat through until warm. Enjoy!
