Sour Cream & Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 1/2 c fat free sour cream3/4 c chicken broth2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced2 cloves garlic, mincedpepper to taste6 c cooked whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking pan.
Combine the rest of ingredients, except spaghetti, and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
Serve over spaghetti.

    Tasty! Definitely needs to be served over rice or pasta as it's quite soupy. It's a really simple dish, but but enjoyable. My husband found it needed salt. He added dehydrated onion & parsley but he still thought maybe it needed something like oregano. I like the of adding broccoli. Would make again - 9/24/10
