Irish Turkey Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/2 green pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 sm. head cabbage1 can tomatoes3 oz. tomato paste
Directions
In a large, heavy pan, brown the ground turkey with the chopped green pepper and onion. Chop cabbage and add to ingredients in pan. Continue to fry and turn until cabbage begins to wilt. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Season to taste and serve.

Makes 6 to 8, 1 cup servings.
