Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons soy sauce (I use reduced sodium kind) 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (reduced fat)
Directions
Directions:
1. Preheat grill for high heat.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, mushrooms, onion, blue cheese and soy sauce. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Form into 4 burger patties.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. (I don't oil my George Foreman) Place patties on the prepared grill, and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until well done.

I've also made these outside on the grill - delicious!!!!!

OMG!!! Let me tell you that I had a spiritual experience eating these, yes these burgers are THAT good! I used my foreman and ate it on a sandwhich thin w/ a lil ketchup, & sub hot sauce 4 soy sauce. Next time I'd just reduce the onion to 1/2c minced & be warned these are nice savory and juicy! - 8/25/09

I made these with extra lean beef and then topped with a veggie purée onto pasta. Gorgeous! Will make again :-) - 6/14/14

My Husaband & I loved these...
    This is a keeper!!
The only thing is I made them night before & all the moisture from mushrooms made them fall apart so had to add bread crumbs to bind together.....
But other wise wonderful.... Thanks for sharing :) - 3/18/10

One of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Makes quote a large burger, very filling. May try with worcestershire instead of soy next time for a little different flavor. Will be making this often. - 12/3/09
